Yet more exhilarating news my pixel body-boarding friends. A new member has joined the copywriting team at acclaimed and celebrated The Pixel. His name is Daniel Marsh Esq. and he’s waiting, willing and partially able to complete any written assignments you may set him.

If you don’t think words are an important part of your website, then excuse my brashness, but you’re a fool! You can have the most super, dooper, pooper site built by the finest designers in all the King’s land, but if it all sounds a little bit contrary, then customers and sales you shall not see. Fear not though my allies, for we are here to help.

Whether it be a fabulous array of product descriptions that leap off the page and bite customers on the…assortments of writing styles and prose for press releases and publicity mail-shots, or just thoroughly entertaining blog articles to hook customers and keep them coming back for more. We have the team and the man that will not let you down. Let’s hear from Daniel himself…

“Errrr…well, we can do all kinds of stuff really….”

Excellent. A fine addition to a world beating team I’m sure you’ll agree ladies and gentlemen. That’s all for now, but please do return my friends. We are friends, aren’t we…

T’wev recently been administering our honourable efforts towards a rather splendid little email campaign for the game Borderlands™ by 2K Games.

Using The Pixel’s world renowned graphical mastery, we’ve magic-ed up a tasty little mailshot that made effective use of exquisite gaming imagery.

Such weaponry as ‘Trust Earning Text’ featured in the header to promote users’ confidence by providing sender details and the ever humble ‘Unsubscribe’ link.

Alternative viewing methods were deployed into battle, such as ‘Read It Online’ and ‘Send To A Friend’ to maximise clickedy-throughs.

A vivid game description, this time in the form of words, provided yet more enticement for our excitable readers, and a large clickable graphic served as an effective call-to-buy – and such…

We at The Pixel are proud and humble to work for 2K Games, who have some of the most talented little games working elves in all the land, responsible for such rarely found gems as the 2007 Game of the Year – BioShock™.
