Magento has been named a Leader by Gartner Inc. in the 2017 Magic Quadrant for Digital Commerce.

The Gartner report evaluates digital commerce platforms based on completeness of vision and ability to execute. The category is defined as “buying and selling interactions among businesses, people and things for products/services via digitalization technologies”. Among the 21 vendors that were evaluated, Magento was named a Leader.

Gartner Magic Quadrant is one of the most influential reports in enterprise commerce, and further cements Magento’s growing status in the industry, having also performed well in other prominent analyst benchmark reports, including the Forrester B2B and B2C Waves, IDC Marketscape and Frost & Sullivan.
