The “hub” of knowledge (or learning) for Adobe Commerce and the surrounding ecosystem. The person everyone goes to for understanding and critical thinking on all things eCommerce
Scope & Design
Scope and design solutions to meet business requirements for clients across the Adobe Experience Platform
Domain Knowledge
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobe products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and maintain our competitive edge
Solution Demonstrations
Run solution demonstrations for work scoped and built by The Pixel, as well as showcase to potential clients the possibilities within The Pixel Sandbox
Ways of Working
Monitor, improve and engage with the team around our ways of working. Maintaining and improving quality of work and profitability
Team Certification
Monitor and progress all team-members to be certified or multi-certified within their Career Development Plan
Team Knowledge

RFPs
Assisting the business development team by reviewing requirements and solutions within RFPs
Team Health
Alongside the Strategy Director and HR make sure the team is happy and engaged. Where issues are identified help execute solutions to improve team health
Team Progression
Work with the Strategy Director to set each team-member a Career Development Plan. Help ensure catch-ups occur and monitor progressions
Team Growth
Help the Strategy Director and Resource Manager recruit additional team-members where the team is needed to grow. Identify gaps
Work Management
Working with the Resource Manager and the team proactively review the resource profile and help to fill gaps. If a gap arises in sprint help find work
Delivery Management
Alongside the Head of Development and leaders within account management be involved in the delivery of projects and accounts. Attend delivery management sessions where appropriate to ensure our standards are met or exceeded
Essential Requirements
Adobe Sales Accreditation
Must be Adobe Sales Accredited in Adobe Commerce, Adobe Target, Adobe Real-time CDP, AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Journey Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Adobe Professional
A certified professional in at least one other Adobe Experience Platform product or certified within 12 months
Adobe Expert
Must be a certified expert in Adobe Commerce or certified within the first 6 months
Years of Experience
5+ years experience within eCommerce
2+ years experience in team management

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dual role of EA to the board and Training Coordinator. The role requires EA support on Tuesday and Wednesday, based in our offices at Paintworks Bristol. The remaining time will be spent fulfilling the role of Training Coordinator.
This is a new role, which we believe holds a good variety of responsibilities and tasks. You will play a key role in assisting the board with their organisation and communication. You will also be responsible for driving, developing and overseeing the internal training and onboarding here at the Pixel.
Your responsibilities will include :
EA
Diary management - managing the boards: calendars, events, coordinate travel and setting meetings with clients, partners and the internal team.
Administration - Prepare agendas and reports for board meetings, draft letters and emails on behalf of the board, Perform research for meetings as well as taking minutes during meetings.
Communication - Liaise with clients and follow up with team members where required.
Project Management - keep stakeholders up to date on timelines and their responsibilities for some of the agency internal workstreams.
Training Coordinator
Training & Development - Implement and manage a LMS system, map out training plans, facilitate and organise training sessions, assess training needs of the business
Onboarding Coordination - manage onboarding process for new hires by coordinating with department heads, ensure all necessary equipment and access is provided to new hires, conduct initial welcome sessions
HR - Ensure employee’s appraisals are being completed on time by liaising with department heads
Documentation - Maintain accurate records of all employee training and certifications, ensure employees appraisals are documented and logged, update and maintain internal training materials
Communication - Point of contact for employees regarding training opportunities and resources, responsible for regular communication with department leaders are taking place ensuring training objectives are being aligned with the business goals.
Continuous Improvement - stay updated with latest trends and training opportunities whilst continuously improving the onboarding process and training based on feedback and changing needs.
