The Opportunity
As Digital Tracking & Consent Specialist, you’ll own the design and implementation of privacy-first digital measurement frameworks across client accounts, with a focus on Google Tag Manager (web and server-side), Consent Management Platforms, and scalable data layer architecture.
Working closely with Performance, Analytics, CRO, and Development teams, you’ll act as the subject matter expert for tracking and consent strategy.
Success in the role resembles clean, well-documented tracking and consent architectures, reduced data loss through effective server-side and consent configuration, high confidence in performance and analytics data, and client confidence with compliance and measurement accuracy.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Essential
· Very experienced using GTM web and server-side.
· Solid CMP experience (implementing and configuring CMP’s, knowledgeable with Consent Mode and privacy-focused measurement approaches).
· Strong understanding of GA4 and event-based measurement models.
· eCommerce tracking experience (bonus points for 2+ years within eCommerce).
· A working knowledge of JavaScript, and confident debugging skills using browser developer tools and network inspection.
· A strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage multiple activities, work closely with the team, and communicate effectively.
· Permanent UK resident, comfortbale working either fully remotely in the UK, or hybrid from our Bristol office.
Desirable
· Wider tag management experience with Tealium iQ.
· AEP Technical awareness.
· Experience helping teams adopt new processes or tools.
· Experience serving multiple agency clients.
· Familiar with CDPs or data warehouse integrations.
