The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to support internal and client reporting. You'll enjoy analysing performance data from our clients’ ecommerce sites, generating insights, and supporting process improvements to help guide business decisions. As part of our growing Data team, you'll liaise with multiple departments from project management to solutions, to ensure that data insights are actionable and align with our clients' business goals.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making, either at the beginning of their career or for recent University Graduates with the right skillset.

Key Responsibilities
· Data Collection & Analysis - Collect and analyse data from client websites to
provide actionable insights and performance reports.
· KPI Monitoring - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends,
anomalies, and opportunities for improvement across client websites.
· Internal Reporting - Assist in creating and maintaining internal reporting systems to ensure efficient tracking of company performance metrics.
· Ad-hoc Reporting Support - Support the Senior Data Analyst and other team
members with ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs.
· Process Improvements - Provide recommendations to improve client websites and internal processes based on data analysis.
· Reporting Automation - Contribute to the development of automated reports and dashboards to streamline data access across the company.
· Cross-team Collaboration - Work with various teams to gather and interpret data requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
What You Need to Succeed
· Intermediate to advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel, including proficiency with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation.
· Experience in Google Apps Script or JavaScript, including integrations with APIs
(VBA or other coding languages also considered).
· Familiarity with Looker Studio (other data visualisation tools also considered e.g. Power BI or Tableau).
· Comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Lovable, or similar) to streamline
analysis, automate tasks, and enhance reporting efficiency.
· General understanding of ecommerce platforms, online retail, or web analytics
reporting.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and provide
actionable insights.
· Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
· Proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and drive improvements in
reporting and processes.
· Strong communication skills, able to explain data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· A degree in a relevant field involving analytics, research, or any related discipline is desirable. Equivalent experience or qualifications in data analysis are also
encouraged.
