The Opportunity
As we continue to grow 20% YOY, we’re looking for a Senior Backend Adobe Commerce Developer to join our team. You’ll feel at home in a well-established and multi-certified development team, building bespoke modules, integrations, and backend solutions for large scale, complex Adobe Commerce projects. You’ll regularly perform code reviews, participate in technical planning, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure the performance, scalability and security of backend systems.
Utilising your strong technical knowledge, you’ll be able to support junior team members, champion best practice, and bring new ideas to the table whilst contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and tooling.
To ensure your success, you’ll gain access to the full suite of Adobe certifications in addition to a yearly budget to pursue work related courses of your choice. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll have a strong focus on new business development, where you will identify, target, and engage with potential clients to understand their needs, and present a tailored solution to achieve their goals. Additionally, there will be opportunities to expand existing relationships with key clients, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities to deliver long-term value. As an Adobe Gold status partner agency, our client base spans some of the largest, most reputable businesses globally, supporting them in crafting exceptional online shopping experiences, so well developed communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. What's more, you will have a track record of closing large scale/budget sales in a digital or commerce environment, and the ability to liaise with colleagues to ensure projects can be delivered on time, budget and scope. Ultimately your role is to drive new client acquisition and maintain healthy relationships with existing clients, to expand The Pixel's presence in the digital commerce space.
