We’re looking for a Tech Lead to join our expert development team with advanced Adobe Commerce backend development experience, and a track record of leading a team within a fast paced, agile agency environment. This is a full time, permanent role, offering the choice of UK based remote working, or hybrid from our Bristol office.
The Opportunity
As Technical Lead, you will drive Adobe Commerce project execution, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. You'll maintain coding standards, security practices, and documentation with code reviews and performance tuning. You'll collaborate with architects on solution design and technical strategy, and delivery and strategy teams on client requirements.
You will utilise your leadership experience by mentoring others, leading by example, and taking real pride in helping others succeed. You'll enjoy ownership of projects end to end, from scoping and discovery phases, through budget tracking and risk management, to delivery and hand over. This role focuses on project excellence and process optimisation, so with the support of a talented and experienced team, you'll be able to bring new ideas to the table in line with our continuous improvement mindset.
