Science in Sport (SiS) is a global leader in sports nutrition, trusted by elite athletes worldwide. As part of its next phase of growth, SiS needed to move beyond transactional e-commerce to build a brand-led, community-driven digital experience.
Partnering with The Pixel, SiS launched Project Phoenix — shifting the focus from pure sales to content-led journeys that showcase the science behind the products, building trust and inspiring deeper customer engagement.
The existing SiS site was highly transactional, offering little brand storytelling or emotional engagement.
